In pictures: The best of the rest of 2012
Just like last year, I’ve taken hundred of photos over the year – way more than I could ever manage to use on this site. So to end the year, I’ve chosen a selection of my favourite photos from the past year that I never quite managed to fit into a blog post. The ‘best of the rest of 2012′ photos take us from the slopes of Méribel-Mottaret back at the start of the year, all the way through to the Titanic Exhibition in Belfast last weekend. Thanks, that was at the Goodwood Revival vintage event and they looked so at home up there, it could’ve been in the 1950s!
These pictures are stunning, superb. I would like to pick out a favourite, but that would be almost impossible.

The picture of the new Titanic Exhibition building really intrigues me. I’ll make sure to visit that place when I happen to be in Belfast one day. Have a great year ahead!

My favourite has to be the sunset on the buildings in Rome.
Thanks, we’d just been taking photos of the Colosseum and spotted these buildings on the way back and loved the colours.

They are all beautiful, but i think my favorite is the sunset over the Dead Sea.

Ah, you’ve got my lovely Dead Sea shot in there, but Andrew’s right. Those buildings in Rome look antiquated in the nicest way. You should link this to the WP photo challenge this week, Luce.

Thanks, the weather was really strange and hazy that day so I messed about with processing the photo in different ways and really liked it in black and white.

Thanks, we were a bit disappointed that neither evening was clear while we were there but I’ve grown to like the clouds as you get all those interesting patterns of light.
